I don't know what it is, but there's something about pixelated horror games that makes them so utterly tense to play, and Monophobia is no different!
The atmosphere is pretty tense right from the get go, as you find yourself in the middle of a forest with no idea where you are, who you are, or what might be trying to kill you.
This really is a fun little pixelated adventure game with some superb robo-voices (honestly, they're uber-retro), creepy locations, deadly doppelgangers and multiple endings! Well worth a playthrough or two I'd say!

Aw man, I thought it would be more horrifying, but it's okay. Nice game.
